Produced with grapes from Poggio Petroio, Radda in Chianti, Chianti Classico Castello di Monastero is composed of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. After the traditional wine-making, the Chianti Classico is aged for twelve months in small oak barrels, and then for six months in the bottle.
